Administrator Training Course
A comprehensive administrators training designed to support and deepen your understanding of school leadership within a Montessori context. This course is ideal for new administrators or aspiring school leaders as well as experienced leaders.
Offered at SIMS and delivered by AMI approved educators who are highly experienced school administrators. The course is delivered through presentations, discussions and breakout groups. Hours of observation, homework projects and 2-3 meetings with your advisor required. This course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding of:
- Core Pedagogical Principles
- How to Build a Healthy School Community
- Strategies to Support Children, Staff, Parents and Board
- Strategic Planning

Tuition: TBD (including $50 application fee) – 1/2 due at acceptance, balance to be paid 30 days prior to start – non-refundable
