About The Role:
We serve children in both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking classrooms, and are looking to hire both native English and Spanish-speaking Assistant Guides! In this role, you will work with children in different classrooms and ages. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Montessori method, as you will learn from experienced teachers at all levels. We are looking for someone who can help support our classrooms, including assistance with classroom preparation and willing to pitch in wherever needed!
This position is a full-time role from 9:00am to 6:30pm with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, on-going professional development, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to 2 children!

Strong interpersonal skills
