Description
Seeking an assistant for our Lower Elementary classroom. We are looking for an individual that is hard working, caring, and dedicated to children. This person will be working with young children from 1st - 3rd grade doing various activities ranging from reading books, art activities, assisting on the playground to cleaning, classroom management, etc.
We are looking for someone compassionate and positive, with good communication skills and flexibility to help out as needed. Preferably this person will have experience and/or education working with young children but this is not a requirement. Preferably this person will have some experience or knowledge of Montessori education, but this is not a requirement. School hours are M-F, 7:30am-5:30pm. The hours of this position will be determined at the time of hire. This is a full-time position (but we are open to working with a part-time schedule if we find the right person).
