Guadalupe Montessori School is seeking an experienced, organized, and thoughtful Head of School. The HOS is responsible for the overall planning, operation, financial management, and policy and program implementation in line with the school’s mission, vision and goals.
Montessori experience preferred, but applicants with other relevant experience may be considered. Preference will also be given to applicants who have been involved in securing and fulfilling grants, ensuring compliance with educational accreditation bodies, and/or fulfilling contractual obligations. Experience working with nonprofits and/or governing boards is also desirable.
Founded in 1979, Guadalupe Montessori School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves children from 18 months to 12 years year round in rural, southwest New Mexico.
