Nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by enchanted gardens and captivating natural playgrounds, Nature’s Way Montessori school provides a truly unique learning environment for children ages 12 weeks to 6 years. We hold that nature holds the key to unlocking a child’s imagination, curiosity and love for learning.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Montessori and her ideas about nature and child development. We look to attract staff with a long term commitment to our vision as we pass on the baton of leadership to the next generation. First year guides are welcome to apply.

Salary range is $52,000-$64,000 depending on your experience and education. Hours are 8:00- 4:30. We have a very generous PTO and benefits package. Sponsorship is a 4 year commitment with ¼ forgiven each year for tuition.
