Description
The Lead Toddler Guide has a class of 10 toddlers daily 12 months a year. Two Assistants support the work of the guide.
The hours are 8:15 to 4:15 with a 30 minute paid prep time daily and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Altogether there are 6 paid weeks off with holidays, vacations and paid time off days.
The center has an emphasis on healthy eating and outdoor time with cooking classes, a large playground and garden and a forest park for walks and wagon rides.
The owner is Montessori credentialed for this level and founded the center in 2014.
The staff is steady with a collaborative approach and emphasis on professional development.
