Primary Lead

IMS is seeking a warm, professional and committed full-time Primary Lead Teacher for our primary program. The candidate will be working with children from 2 1/2 to 6 years of age. Experience is required.

Lead teachers guide the children’s activities in an environment that challenges each child to reach their full potential in accordance with the Montessori philosophy. They will observe and document children’s activities daily and maintain academic records on all students as well as plan and implement enrichment activities for the classroom. Lead Teachers are also responsible for developing, preparing and maintaining a pristine, orderly and inviting environment for children.
